				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>3FE is owned by three-time Irish Barista Champion Colin Harmon and coffee roaster Steve Leighton of Hasbean. They have a constantly changing seasonal coffee menu as well as a Tasting Menu for those eagre to learn more about the offering. The flagship coffee shop on Lower Grand Canal Street also houses their training centre and wholesale office whilst the original shop in the Twisted Pepper Building on Middle Abbey Street has become a Dublin institution. Colin will again represent Ireland at the World Championships in Vienna this year.</p>
