Having won over the locals with pies and sizeable sambos in his restaurant on Leeson Street, the Rigby’s empire has expanded and opened on Dame Street. Boasting the “best chicken sandwich in Dublin” Rigby’s has an idiosyncratic no-menu policy in the evening, where a choice of two starters, mains and deserts conjured on the day by the head chef James. The Dame Street branch also offers a few surprises in the evening!
